Cambodia

Cambodia has lots of different food and it very delicious. But most of Cambodia food always put Prohok in food because prohok is a ingredients that we can know this food is Cambodia food. And the important food in Cambodia have Tirk Kreoung and Samlor Kor Ko.and it is a preparation of this food:
+Tirk Kreoung:
First we can take the fish to grilled or boiled . And when fish cooked put fish in a large bowl and use a fork to break up fish meat . And using mortar and pestles to pounded on garlic, lemongrass and chili pepper together. And add oil. Prepared lemongrass mixture with fish. And stirs in a small saucepan and add water, sugar, lime juice and creamy pickle fish. Then stirs and simmer till sauce bubbling. and add sweet basil. Stirs remove from heat. In the end we add peanut before serve.

+Samlor Kor Ko:
First we using mortar and pestles to pounded and crushed garlic, lemongrass, chili pepper, turmeric powder and lime together by hand or blend in food processor till very fine. Then heat up a large soup pot, when it hot start cooking oil. and mix spices with onion and chicken meat. And seasoning chicken meat with fish sauce, prohok. And roasted rice powder and sugar. Pour 6 cups of water in the pot with chicken, and cook till meat meat tender. Add fish, pmpkin, sweet potato and eggplant. And stirs and simmering till fish and sweet potato tender. In the end stirs fish meat not and break apart.
