What's the different thing and foreign people think about Cambodia?

Hi everybody! My name's Nyca. I was born in Cambodia. From the birth until now I was stay in Cambodia so I can know a lot of my own country,but now i want to know what I believe foreign people know and think about Cambodia?


I think maybe 15% of people around the world can know about Cambodia. For Khmer food, American and Italian can think that Khmer food is smiler with Thailand because Thailand food is more spicy than Khmer food,but another country that near Cambodia can describe about food of Cambodia. Example the country that stay near Cambodia like Thailand and Vietnam they can know about Khmer food that almost have a prohouk to make with all food that popular or important for Khmer food.


About fruit or vegetables i think they would know about it because some of fruit or vegetables in Cambodia and another country can't have so if they know about this and It's good for them to learn about food in another country,but I think most of people like Khmer fruit .


For music and dance in Cambodia they would know about it,too because it difficult to dance then another country dancing. One of all the dancing of Khmer is in "The World Heritage"and It can show all people around the world know about the culture of Khmer so I think most of people can know about this dancing. It's "Preah Reach Trob dancing".


All people would know about Cambodia weather because it's easy for them to prepare their clothes or something that they need to take with to visit Cambodia so If they know about the weather it's more better then they wouldn't know.The different thing with weather of Cambodia and another country is Cambodia has two season and some of country has four season.


For Angkor Wat, It's the most temple of Cambodia so I think they would know about this because It's the most interesting and more popular in Cambodia and It can show everybody to know about the masterpiece of the Cambodia people that another country in the world can't do the same. Especially Angkor Wat is in "The World Heritage",too.

Beside the visit Cambodia some people can know Cambodia through television by CNN in the News program television.

For Cambodia the good thing that most people like is gem stone. There are sapphire, garnet, corundum that another country don't have and the bed thing that most people don't like is the traffic jam because it hard to drive and it spend a lot of time for drive.

Cambodia

In Cambodia has lots of interesting thing for all love you know and there are place,food,dessert,popular game........etc,but today I want to tell all of you about food of Cambodia.

Cambodia has lots of different food and It's very delicious food,but the most food that special in Cambodia most of make from Prohok or Kapik like Prohok Ktis and Amok.


Today I will tell all of you about two different food of Cambodia there are Amok and Prohok Ktis.Two different food one is make by prohouk and one is make by Kapik. For those food I will tell you about the ingredients and preparation of each food.


The first one I tell you about Amok. Amok is the special food in Cambodia because all of Cambodia people are know all about this food and It's a food that we like to eat. About the ingredient of Amok there has: fish,coconut cream,egg,peanuts,red chili,garlic, galangal, banana, lemon grass,peel of kaffir lime,salt,kapik,fish sauce and 3 cayenne pepper.First we slice the cat fish thinly. Then we slice the kaffir lime leaves and cayenne pepper thinly.next add the remaining coconut milk,and mix it all. Later we make the banana then put in fish and top each cup with coconut cream and the end of this we need to garnish with Kaffir leaf and cayenne peppers.


Then the last one that i want to show you is Prohok ktis.It's a specail food like Amok,too. The ingredient of this food are: pork,prohok,meat,coconut cream,eggplant,garlic,shallot,fish sauce,lemon,sugar,seasoning,fresh green pepper,chili,water lily,winged bean,bean sprout,cucumber and the preparation are: first we need to cut meat into small pieces(fish meat),pork need to mince with prohok,garlic,shallot,fresh green pepper to four pieces,scrip eggplant. Then grate-coconut cream and dry with the order to keep the first coconut cream, and take the second coconut cream boil with prohok until done-dry, Next we put fish,pork,scrip eggplant,fresh green prpper. Later through fish sauce,sugar seasoning,pour first coconut cream into saucepen an squeeze the lemon and please take the result of food with your favorite. The last thing that we need to do is slice the cucumber then dice it an combine together and used for anlork.

Cambodia

Cambodia is the country that people around the world know and want to visit there. It has a lot of province in Cambodia ,but Phnom Penh municipality is the capital place of Cambodia.



In Cambodia Phnom Penh is the place that has lots of people live and has lots of place to visit then province. There are Vat Phnom, Mert Tonle, Market (like Sorya market, Sovanna market, Lucky market.........) and the new place in Phnom Penh is Koh Pich. All place in Phnom Penh municipality Vat Phnom is the place that we count that in the middle of municipality.


Vat Pnom is the place that older then another place in Phnom Penh and it has a metamorphic rock that show us to know about history that happen to many years ago. On top of Vat Phnom has one pagoda and we can go to visit there. When we went to there we can see a lot of monkey that jump from one tree to another tree. Sometime if u has a banana or another food for them they can run to you to get some food from you and play with you,too. Beside the monkey in Vat Phnom have another animal beside the monkey and it's the most interesting for tourist went to visit there is elephant because they can ride on the elephant then travel around Vat Phnom to visit another thing or place in there,too.

Koh Pich is the new place in Phnom Penh. It's produce in 2010, but it's the place that famous and lots of people know and want to visit there,too. It has a building to prepare a wedding and has lots of place to take a walk to relax or you can play a football or badminton in there,too because Koh Pich is the place that has a big place.



Beside Vat Phnom and Koh Pich we can go to the market to buy some food, go shopping or you can eat some food in the restaurant in the market,too.

In Phnom Penh it easy to find a food for eat or a place for stay because it has lots of shop or restaurant for tourist go to and it easy to choose a group of food because they can eat the own food for them (like France food, Japan food, Korea food, Chinese food or another the food that easy for them to eat.). I think the tourist will be choose Khmer food because they want to know about the food of Khmer that good or bed and they want to know What the different with their food and Khmer food? so they can choose Khmer food to know about.

For hotel in Phnom Penh has lots of hotel for choose and there all are good,but not more expensive. It's normal for cost not cheap and not expensive.
