What I believe people know and think about Cambodia?I think people in foreign countries know about Cambodia very well, like Angkor Wat temple in, Siam Reap, Khmer food histories weather and capital city of Cambodia etc. Cambodia has many kind of food, spicy sour salty and sweetly.
Most American who have never been in Cambodia think that food in here is spicy like Thailand and sometimes like Vietnames

But there are many kind , not just like Thailand or Vietnamese food, Cambodian like to use Hot peppers ginger lemon grass with their meal example: " Prohok "that is the food that make from fish, in rainy season the water in river come up so fisher men can get lots of fish for their meal or sell and use to make " Prohok " too.

Foreign countries can describe about Cambodia food, but not very well.
