Venus - The Brightest Planet We Can See
Hello Everybody , My name is Vorleak . I am 12 years old . Today i want to tell you about the Venus . Venus is the brightest planet we can see in the night sky . Venus is sometime called the Evening star or Morning star.
Venus is known as the Earth s twin because the two planets are so similar in size . The diameter of about 7,280 mile , approximately 400 mile smaaller than of the Earth . No other planet comes nearer to the Earth than Venus .
At centain times of the year, Venus is te first planet or star that can be seen in the western sky in the evening . At other time , it is the last planet or star that can be seen in the earstern sky in the morning . The named Venus in honor of the Roman goddess of ove and beauty.
Venus is closter to the sun than any other planet except Mercury . Its mean distance from the Sun is about 67,2 mile , compared with about 93 million miles for the Earth and abut 36 million miles for Mercury.The surface of Venus was scanned with radar waves became from orbiting space probes to prouce .
