Desserts in Cambodia

In each Countries always have dessert food or fruit for their Country . But because of Cambodia have a lot of desserts such as Chek ktis , Baidomneub sangkya , Borbor sondekeav , Banhchernerk , Jahouy sap , Nom bot , Nom kom , Nom kor , Oun somchek , Sangkya larpov , Treap bay and something more else . Method to make them or ingredient in each dessert are different . And some dessert are very famous in Cambodia because some are very Delicious and easy to make .

Cambodian always do all these desserts when they have a married have to make to live in a new house or have some guest come to visit in their house . So they must make some food and desserts for receive them . Cambodian always do different desserts in each time . Sometime they make Borbor sondekeav or Baidomneub sangkya and usually they make Songkya larpov or Chek ktis because It's use a little of time and Chek ktis and Songkya larpov are the most famous desserts in Cambodia . Now we're going to tell all of you about how to make Chek ktis and Sangkya larpov . And the first we must tell about ingredient and method to make Chek ktis second is Sangkya larpov .

+ Ingredient of Chek ktis is :

- Coconut cream

- Sugar

- Salt ( don't make it become tasteless )

- Sago

- Bananas .

+ Method to make Chek ktis :

First we must slice the bananas become small small and put to soak in water

then put a little of salt in it . Put sago to soak in water become swell then lift up out

of the water . And then put the tip of coconut cream in to the pot and put sago and

the slice of bananas in to the pot , too . Then take to cook become split . If sago and

slice of bananas are cooked just put a little of salt and sugar in it and taste If It's

sweet enough just put the trunk of coconut cream in to that pot . It's already to

make Chek ktis and we can eat with happy , too .

+ Ingredient of Sangkya larpov is :
- Pumpkin

- Coconut cream

- Sugar

- Egg

- Coconut

- Salt ( don't make it become tasteless ) .

+ Method to make Sangkya larpov :

First we must take the pumpkin to clean by picking to take the seed out and clean

it become neat and put it at one place . Then take the egg and beat it but take only

red egg put to mix with the trunk of coconut cream and put a little of salt and

sugar . Then stir it become entire and taste If It's enough just dip it in to the

pumpkin that we picking to take the seed out . Then take it to steam in the pot . 20

minute later just cooked . Then we can eat this dessert with happy .

All of desserts in Cambodia always nice and good . So If anyone wanted to eat desserts of Cambodia we would try to make that desserts follows the describe above !

How many far Country of people that know in Cambodia ?

In many Country always have history number of population food fruit prime minister game in free time or on holiday and traditional for their Country . But in Cambodia there had many foreign Country of people that knew something in Cambodia . Because in Cambodia had some Countries such as France ever governed in Cambodia maybe for 2 or 3 years . And many far Country that never visited and came in Cambodia they always though some Cambodian food was spicy like Thailand or like Vietnamese food . And maybe people in Thai can describe Cambodia food well .

Some another Country that stay near Cambodia such as Vietnam Thai or Laos they can know popular Cambodian fruit and vegetables or food such as Prohouk . If some far Country like U.S.A , Canada , Australia , or New Zealand that never visited in Cambodia they would know by searching Internet to looking for some Cambodian map weather or capital of Cambodia was Phnom penh . But sometime If they want to knew a bout Cambodia's prime minister they would search by Internet or come to Cambodia personally . Maybe Thailand or Vietnamese they knew that Samdech Hun sen is the prime minister of Cambodia because their Country are stay near Cambodia .

In many Country always have a lot of famous Cambodian such as actor actress or singer but in Cambodia have more a lot than many Countries and If some foreigners that never visited in Cambodia they can't know a bout this . And they can't know a bout the geography of Cambodia such as the Mekong river and Tonle Sap or the size of Cambodia , too . But If they want to know a bout the geography of Cambodia they can searching by Internet . Many people from abroad that they came to visited in Cambodia some went to look at Angkor Wat or many temple and some can't go to look because they never know a bout that .

And maybe people in Thai Vietnam or Laos they can describe a bout the history of Cambodia well because their Country are stay near Cambodia and they ever governed in Cambodia , too . When the people that from overseas visited in the Cambodia they always think a bout the standard of living in Cambodia because in Cambodia have a lot of poor people and thief so they though a bout this How can Cambodian do ? . And they always think a bout the Angkor Wat in Seim reap province and ask to each other Why did they can do with this temple ? They always admire that temple because they don't use cement to build but they use clay to build with their hand . Sometime some foreigners can spelled and knew a bout Khmer words but some cannot even called because they never come and visit in Cambodia or study a bout it so they can't know a bout the Khmer words . Some foreigners wanted to know a bout Cambodia but some don't want to know because they though Cambodia is not very important for them so they don't want to know !

Cambodia ( kampongsom )

Hi ! I'm Vina now i want to tell all of you about visiting in Cambodia . In Cambodia there have a lot of province to visit such as Kampongsom province . If anyone wanted to take a walk to relax or visited at Kampongsom province we would go on natural road 4 . And when we are having a trip we'll see people's fields or plantations and sometime we can see people are transplant their rice ,too . On the natural road 4 always plentiful of mountains and people's house . We often see a lot of fog that on the mountain ,too . When we arrived at Kampongsom province suddenly we'll have a pure feel because at there have a lot of fresh air . In Kampongsom there have a lot of hotel and motel for all of passenger to stay . In the morning we can have a big of breakfast ,too . And when we have breakfast already we can go to the beach . Then we can swimming or playing in the sea playing soccer volleyball sunbathing or build the sand castle . We can have a big lunch and dinner with seafood such as lobsters crabs shrimp or fish ,too . At the night If anyone are bored we can go to karaoke to sing a song or walking on the street . And we can buy some souvenir from Kampongsom ,too . In Kampongsom province there have a lot of fresh air and beach for all of passenger to visited or went to take a walk to relax !
